May I know if you all use this mouthwash in place of regular mouthwash when brushing your teeth? or is it more of a rinse to refresh?

It doesn't freshen your breath as much as it's supposed to help keep your teeth, gums and mouth healthy after brushing and flossing. We use it once a day at night.
