    VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
Lauren and Nik didn't have any struggles downsizing into their tiny home. After college living and the pandemic, moving into a 40ft International skoolie seemed easy! They did a 10" roof raise that enhanced the gorgeous open layout. There's a massive kitchen with ample storage and counter space, with a residential-sized fridge and pantry.
This tiny home on wheels has 1000 watts of solar and 110 gallons of fresh water on board. The cozy feeling acquired throughout this build must come from the wood-burning stove, the hand-tiled wet bath, and the two pups that call it home.

That is not a bus, it's a house! You have all of the comforts of a house: bathroom, washing machine, stove, fridge and the wonderful cozy wood-burning stove. You have nothing to envy anyone with a house. You can even entertain.

That's a really cool bus. I like how clean the quality of the build is without feeling sterile.
100% agree on the AC fridge. If your power system can support it that's the way to go.

This is about a perfect build. The only thing I would change is the eating space. I prefer a table and chair style to make it more like a kitchen, And since they feel like they have more storage than they need I would remove the front unit with the baskets and add some kind of cushy chairs

Excellent raised bus conversion, the large size made it much easier to build out. You two did a super job. Love it.
I have a 1989 36 foot HMC, the advantage of a used motorhome is simplicity, but I would prefer a bus. I do have some dry rot, not sure when I will have time to repair it.

Nice rig! If you have extra room I would get a soak tub. If you have somewhere to store it you can pull it out and set it up either in your living area or outside and take your time filling it with super hot water and have a long hot soak instead of a 30 second shower. God bless and good luck in all your endeavors. 😎

As time passes and your family adjusts to the 40 foot length bus, you might be glad to have that extra space. And if you had gone with a shorter bus, you would have even more adjustments trying to crowd everyone together. That would be tougher for me and could give rise to some natural squabbling over space issues, which is a normal human reaction. In fact, most animals will fight when overcrowding causes tension. My advice, fwiw: Treasure what you have. You kids make a cute couple. Best wishes.

Some of the Tiny Home Tours fans might be ready to by a part time or full time tow and parking site at 'Incredible Tiny Homes' by Randy Jones in Tennessee. See his 'incredibox' at the lowest cost, you do the rest to save money. He builds and sells tows and sites for almost any tow person. You can buy them and put them in your backyard to rent out to a college student, etc. The most extreme river rafting athletes (Olympic level) might want to by a parking spot that floods about one month per year to visit other national parks nearby, etc. All the other parking sites and tows are away from water. He lost everything in 2008 and his friends helped him get back into business. He started out as a public school teacher and gradually taught himself how to build quality homes. After 2008 his wife convinced him to go tiny. June 2022
