When left lane camping meets 80+mph driver

Note my speed when being approached by the VW. Then watch how close they get to left lane camper. After they pass them on the right, the camper never moves over.
At the end, I speed up to make sure to note the camper's plate.
And to those who are "Don't care if I sit in the left lane...what's the speed limit?" Note the speed limit?
