Pride Safe Chicken Sandwich

This time I cook up a chicken sandwich using some methods attributed to Chic Fil A. It's a chicken sandwich that doesn't give money to anti-gay causes.
Here is the final recipe:
Chicken Sandwich:
Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Salt
Monosodium Glutamate
Peanut oil
Dredge:
2C Flour
1T powdered sugar
1T salt
T T Paprika
1 T Garlic Powder
1t pepper
2 t monosodium glutamate
1t Onion powder
1/2t cayenne
Egg Wash
2 eggs
1/2 c buttermilk
T T Paprika
1 T Garlic Powder
1t Black Pepper
2 t Monosodium Glutamate
1 t Onion powder
1/2 t cayenne
Mock Chic Fil A sauce
2 T Mayonnaise
1 t Mustard
1 t BBQ sauce
1 t honey
1 t Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt
Pound a chicken breast flat between parchment. Lay on a wire rack over a sheet pan and season both sides with salt and monosodium glutamate. Let sit in the fridge for one hour. Remove from the fridge and pat dry with paper towels. Dip the chicken in the egg wash and then in the dredge. When you place it in the dredge press down firmly using a good portion of your own weight to press it into the flour. Place on a clean wire rack. Place the chicken into 375F oil (190C) and fry until golden brown. Let rest on a wire rack.
Mix ingredients for sauce with whisk until combined and then season to taste.
Assemble sandwich on a bun with lettuce, tomato and mock Chic Fil A sauce.
