Egg-cellent Discoveries: Searching for the Perfect Hard-Boiled Egg

We test several methods for hard cooked eggs. We tried multiple cook books and multiple methods to hunt down the method we liked the best. What is your favorite?
Mine is:
Boil water, add eggs, cook 10 minutes, shock in ice bath, peel and enjoy.
