I was working in a bike shop when those Big Asses came out. There was one that stayed on the floor for sale for quite a while. In hindsight I wish I’d bought it lol. Always liked the look of them.

Yes correct, the pegs thread in to the frame and forks independently from the axle. I have one here

Bought a brand new Redline 340 in 96 and the first thing I did was swap out the factory bars for the Sushi bars. Then chopped them down to 28 inches. Those bars were phenomenal 🤘🤘

I had those raw bars. I remember them being completely flat, and super wide.
I bought that horrible (in hindsight, obv) GT X-Games bike so the shop gave me a huge discount on them. I think they were $80, and i ended up paying like $30.

Og fishbone frame was made by the factory that made haros the sushi bars were also sold by j&b importers. Fish one also made a ninja frame that was for street riding .The FBM pretzel was a joke and not a real model.

The kung fu 2 would've been a great frame if not for those rear brake mounts being placed where they were. Just horrible placement.
