For the price good deal, I personally would do customs with the frames, build something you wouldnt do if they were real, add some cool parts and make them riders. Who cares what people think its not like your hiding what they are. To me bikes like those are fun to work on because its not like your hurting the value. I personally wouldnt have told anyone they were fake I wouldve did crazy stuff with them just to piss off some people on the internet lol.
The holes may be for cable guides... weigh the frame . And fork. Compare. The Z is still badass ...wouldn't return it..the real torker is out with new frams made by supercross.

I Remember my Landing Gear Forks from The 1980`s had holes for Top Hat washers 3/8 of an inch to 14 mm before the existence of 14 mm diameter axle`s.!
