I used to have a 150 xrs. They are a blast. We an upgraded engine that made it go about 65 mph uphill and like 75-80 downhill. They are fun for everyone. Hope you enjoy them Matt. Love the videos and keep it up!

It is nice you are safty minded. When i was little I was racing go-karts with my cousin and I was winning, I looked back and saw my cousin comming up behind, so I turned around and pressed the gas aand I ran smack dab into a small tree. Because this was the 70's we did not have helments and my nose hit the stering colum with full force. I still have pain everyday some 4oyrs later. The worst part was trying to explain to children services that it was a total accident! Make them wear the protective gear, it will save both of you alot of grief.

Be so careful in those carts as our neighbors 12 yr. old turned theirs over last Winter in the snow. The roll bar severed his arm just above his elbow. They did reattach it but he is still doing therapy. It can happen to kids as well as adults.

Hey Matt... not sure if anyone commented yet but the egg holder is actually a way to know which ones to use 1st. So the oldest ones are on the bottom and the fresh are at the top. I want chickens one day and I have seen something like this in my research.

I have the same go kart. They drift really well after you put in stronger springs in the clutch. I have only rolled it once but the previous owner rolled it many times. They are really safe and stable. They only seem to flip when you turn as sharp as you can at full speed
