Slums can dissappear if rigourous discipline is applied...like Singapour....living in the streets,with no shelter shud dissappear...poor people could be relocated in villages,providing they can survive in a decent way...not dumped..

How can a govt get rid of slums when they have become a huge votebank which is used by opposition.
