MNC's give job to the deserving not to the reserved. It's a competitive market and the person who is talented is always hired. I know a lot of native Bangaloreans working in top companies. At the end of the day, if you are talented and can crack the interview, you will be hired.
A lot of the Local people aren't interested in studies but talking about local vs outsiders. So, while the locals are busy talking about this, outsiders study and work hard. Hence, I guess, Local people get job of peons and taxi drivers. I'm sure there are lot of well educated kannadigas doing well without talking about local vs outsiders.

I visited Bangalore palace today, ticket price was very high. Rs 100 is ok. Rest Rs 240 is not worth for this palace..
