The MAC valves will take the pressure from the CO2 bottle and apply it to the top of the gate. The Holley will target a given pressure that he will program into the ECU. Works really well.
@@mfkustomshow long will a bottle like this last? Seems like there's potential to be filling it constantly, making this race car stuff. Not really desirable for a car that is for a more relaxed owner.
@@pimpovic2 that will depend, I always carried a spare in case of a leak. I used mine for my parachute as well (auto launch setup). I ran CO2 for about 5 years before moving to onboard air, which was nice because then I could inflate my tires if needed. But to answer your question, once he has it dialed in, he should get a few months on a tank or more, since it is only doing boost control. You also need to remember it wouldn’t be used during street driving, street driving would be gate spring only boost.
