These type of videos are great , I fish alone for the most part , I started to learn graphs , last 3 years , at 62 it’s been a new learning experience. Any classroom experience I can really helps me and my mid day fishing has improved lots , thankyou , love your enthusiasm, teaching

This was an awesome vid, salute to you Jacob, as a guy who fishes out of a tin rig with no graphs and looking to get a unit soon, this is super informative, thanks JWheelz!!

Great video. Very helpful. A red laser highlighter would be very helpful in helping us newbies to understand and identify the structure you are referring to. Thx for sharing!

Jacob, this video definitely helped me to understand the side imaging. Thanks.
I'd like to see more of these on the water instruction videos.

Good stuff. Now I know I’ve been passing by structure I needed to examine closer. Keep’em coming.

Definitely going to come in handy as I start breaking down Kentucky and Barkley for the first time in the morning! I’m decent at SI, but stuff like this is always money to go over again and again for those of us that get on the water maybe a couple of times a month!

You'll see plenty of carp, it's still really tough to catch a bass, I hear every year it's getting better, but I wouldn't say that.

This video is super helpful, thank you! What are you seeing that makes the "trash fish" you saw in this video easily identified as trash fish?

Great video. It was a good refresher for me. Also interesting to see a lake with so much going on. The lakes out here on the West I don't see as much as your lakes show, and it helps to realize small things make a big difference. I will say sometimes it was hard to keep up with you and it would be easier if you had a better way to show where on the screen you are looking. But I don't mean to sound critical because I really enjoyed the information and having you explain how you see things

Great video, would be even greater to see more examples of what the fish look like on side imaging. I know I'm not the only one that struggles with spotting the actual fish on side imaging. On another note, picked up my LX20 last week. Amazing doesn't begin to explain how good the boat truly is. Everything I imagined and more.

The bridge pillars are standing perfectly straight up, but the side image appears to make the lean in toward the transducer. That is strange, and it also is casting a shadow of the image on the left side of the line.

Now I need to know how to spot fish on side scan. It's so tiny I'm always squinting trying to spot them and I just can't tell. I also use a Lowrance Hook 7". I don't have a big screen.

What I wanna see more of is not the cover I feel that's easier but bass on si..I've seen some pics of has shown of bass on si an I would've never known or seen them because not all of them have shadows so maybe take lil more time an show bass on si not just one view but several scenarios I feel that's what we look over or miss

You mean except for this one... LOL what a loooooser. I didn't like the vid either. He assumes you can keep up with the cursor which. Most can't. Most done even know the dark center also shows depth contour like the downscan. Jacob is too much of a 'fast-talker' for us southern hicks.h
