He will be a vital instrument and an example to all who want to make a change. I want to commend Shedeur Sanders for demonstrating so much poise when speaking and having an all All-American look! Coach Prime needs to help the phenom Travis Hunter with his interviewing skills. As long as Travis dominates he should be the next Gatorade kid!
Other than having different textured hair, slightly less melanin, and and the wealth to have a more tailored suit and pearly whites, they "look" similar. Both suited and booted, making appropriate eye contact, and having the same level of articulation (or lack thereof). So, what exactly is more "all-American" about the rich kid? Of course, Shadeur has the benefit of being groomed for EVERYTHING, including interviewing skills and marketing, and everything else his father's wealth blessedly affords him. But, remarkably, they each hold their own here and on the field. Nevertheless, Travis is coming from the mud. So, I can only imagine what it took for him have co-CREATED this opportunity for himself (and his family). Considering two-thirds of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, Travis's economic background alone definitely makes him "all-American".

One of the biggest reason is the same thing that separates these two groups of people economically in every other situation. We must 1st look at the income/salary of these Alums compared to those of PWIs.

Not to be morbid, HBCU alum (as well as others) should consider donating their bodies to an HBCU medical school. Cadivers are a very expensive cost for those schools and this could surely help in studies that will benefit us as a people and nation. I have signed my license to be an organ donor but has since reconsidered the disposition of my remains. Help in whatever capacity you can.
