My brother acts like steaming really need hands on practice and constant training to perfect more. Currently am not in uganda so I would advise atlest you go to a barista academy for a better practice

Depending on the time ur coffee has spent in the store, both coffees need extra attention through which you create the day's recipe. U will find that the new coffee requires preweting to allow degusing which helps in loosing high carbon dioxide from it and with the old coffee you might require a different technique to extra due to the fact that it's getting Oxidised.
Depending on the customer cause remember all these are categories of strong to light coffee. Flat White has less milk making it strong, cafe latte more milk making it light tho very hot than others and the cappuccino is balanced in coffee & milk. So u have to ask the customer and u can make recommendations

OK dia. Depending on the milk measurement, simply I would advise u to check out on the size of the vessels you have. If u have 8oz cups, pour the milk in that cup to see how much it holds then transfer it into the pitcher and steam it

I am Confused by this video. “A 12oz latte can be served with a single espresso shot”. Is that not the bastardization of coffee. I was taught the drink is based on ratios. Please confirm what a latte is according to its authenticity and if you believe if you reinvent that drink you can still call it the same name?

The challenge is your gender.
Make you grinder fine to atleast make ur grind fine to stop the under extraction due to high water flow
The problem is water dose I set grinder but water comes from group head how can I control I use settings but no result 😔
