    Nice job both of you! That was no easy course, you guys should be so proud of the effort you put forth. Great postive attitude

    Congratulations to the both of you for doing and completing the marathon, sorry to here Kari your knee was bothering you, but Kari power kicked in and you got it done, With Tyler's help and support went a long way in helping you and each other complete the marathon. I been training like crazy for Ragbrai 51 , wont be long , 2024 just around the corner, Take care and the best to you both . 🙏

      Hey thank you! Much appreciated. It was definitely a bummer about the knee, but like you said, we got it done. Keep the training going. It's all about keep moving and accomplishing goals.

    Still bummed about the knee but already signed up for my next vacation race. Well, 2 actually for 2024 👏👍🏼🙌🏼

    Congratulations you finished it. I run a couple halfs. Even signed up for a whole then got sick so dns

      Thank you. Very much appreciated. It was a good challenging distance. I think a full would be fun to try one day. But need a few more half’s under our belt first.

      I would definitely use trail shoes. A good portion is on trails, and there are some gravel sections and inclines that trail shoes worked well on.
