Dont cry people, only a real busker understands and hapily hears the discussion of this man.. well done brother.. although i have the cube street and cube street ex im now looking for something with more of a sound quality.. i'm between the boss s1 pro(low mic volume) and aer compact 60 4 (extr pricey)..

They are both good amps, check also the everse 8. In short: aer good but extra battery and inverter needed, bose s1 good but limited volume, everse more powerful that the others but less battery time at max volume

@@FrancescoNasone Let me tell you a trick, you can use directly a 12v car battery on these systems, no inverter needed.. all you have to do is trespass the transformer

I need amp for vocals/ Bluetooth rock backing. Street Ex broke. The housing for electric cord cracked and it must have messed up circuitry, no fuse can be found, battery power is not working. Maybe not as tough as it looks.
I though the street was almost unusable for rock elec guitar

Even if it’s an all in one PA system and it’s portable I didn’t include it because it’s too heavy. 12,5kg is heavier that many Pa speakers 10inch or 12inch

Bro, you NEED to get the amps and demo them, you can't just talk at people for ages, it get's really boring after 10 seconds, you need to keep the viewers constantly interested. They will watch your video because they want real life evidence of pros and cons so they can buy the right thing. Am just giving you some friendly advice. The more effort you put in the more people will see this and they will want to sub to your channel for more but if they watch even one video that's boring they will not come back. I mean you the best bro, you have done a great job so far, keep going but make it interesting, change camera angles, show B-roll, do things to get people intrigued. People have very short concentration spans these days so you need to constantly feed them with new visuals or you need to make the thing you are talking about super interesting. If you had the equipment with you this would have made a big difference. I hope I am encouraging you to take new ideas and run with them to grow your channel. Take care.

100% disagree, there is no way to meaningfully sound test these in a video, other videos are out there that try to do this, badly... thank you for skipping the meaningless demos and just giving us your meaningful analysis

The fundamental idea regarding busking is to MAKE money. Dropping 1000+ USD on a busking amp is ridiculous. Ultimately, it's the quality of your performance that matters. As long as your guitar has decent electronics and a solid top you can use a 220 NZD Vox Mini G2 3w. Takes 6 AA batteries. I use rechargeables. Have been busking for years. A good 2nd hand Beyer mic, decent mic stand, xtra cables and an open guitar case. Other than my guitars I've got under 600 NZD invested. My average take for four hours is 75 NZD 2-3 days per week. I've been busking consistently since 2016. You do the math.

I got you point of view, I agree that the quality of the performance is important but I disagree about investing in a good amp. This also from the side of busking as a way to make money. I’ve seen many buskers, actually all the buskers that I know which started with a little amp and upgraded with a better quality amp that had better earnings as soon they upgraded because of a better sound. The performance is the first thing that count but, a good amp is the tools that bring the performance to the audience and make it more enjoyable and captivating. I would consider an investment for an amp if this make a busker earn 1/3 or double of before.

Your response should probably all be voiced in first person: "My" fundamental idea regarding busking is to MAKE money. Ultimately, it's the quality of MY performance that matters. As long as MY guitar has decent electronics and a solid top "I" can use a 220 NZD Vox Mini G2 3w.
I'm not familiar with that Vox 3W PA. I think it might not put out enough sound to be heard among the many 300 Watt PAs, the traffic noise, and the surf where I play.
But thanks for putting me onto the new version Vox with the USB power bank input, I bet it's good enough for lots of places. it's probable great, too, for carrying with a uke on a bicycle or in a canoe, and those kinds or trips can be really fun.
P.S. Is the Bose super expensive in NZ? In the USA they're $550, not $1,000. I'm leaning towards the Mackie Go, 300 Watts for about $350 USD.
