The only problem with Bing is, that we're no longer able to search current Reddit-entries, because of the exclusive partnership between Reddit and Google.
@Aetherlina Exactly. I personally find those Edge features really useful as a student and junior developer. Subtle features help me a lot in saving up time while I'm programming or studying and just need to focus on my code or study.
@@kipkipper-lg9vl sure but i will argue Chrome comes with less bloat by far. Then you can extend after your needs. The opposite way around. Yes yes I know it's not perfect either, but it's hell of a lot better then loading up a new browser with 20 addons you didn't ask for, just to argue you can turn it off. Idk where you are going I just stand my point, edge has a ton of bloat. And I don't blame MS, they are trying. They are just trying to shoot in every dam direction to gain some market share.
Google really is dying a slow death these days. Their Gemini AI is also terrible, I tried using it so many times now and it just falls flat on its face 🙄
Bing search has been a better option since 2017, most people not using Bing is mostly due to having some negative sentiment against Bing itself. Don't let people thinking on status quo terms influence on you.
Give me some lumber, tools, screws, wood putty, stain and varnish, and I'll develop for you some badass furniture, cabinets, or something ☺️. When it comes to computers, I just need the stuff running, and will gladly switch to Linux, once the nonsensical complications get removed that don't let me trust it as a wood-sh!t developer, not IT-sh!t developer ☺️. Sunday, fun day!
ive been using perplexity mostly its been very good, dont mind bing tho. i dotn mind microsoft if I can be using linux also lol, I always have both OS on side by side one is mostly for gaming and like zoom/teams work related shenanigans

Not really a problem. I haven't yet found anything useful on reddit
@@marloelefant7500 I have already found some very helpful posts on reddit, especially regarding topics like gaming or programming
I need Mozilla search engine, not gonna happen, but yeah...
Both Bing and Edge going full on bloat though

what bloat? you can turn off most the annoying additional shit, it's no more glutton pushing than you gave to do to Firefox
@@kipkipper-lg9vl i mean dont you just define it there? If you have to turn annoying shit off its bloat imo at least 🤷♂️
@@kbaeve then all browsers are bloat, because every single one has a bunch of switches you need to click

I hope Google goes completely bankrupt and gets imprisoned for life for what they've done to the entire world.
You use Firefox? Ever consider using Microsoft Edge?
