      Read The Bible.
It speaks of this very phenomenon but that all true knowledge is in the Bible. 100% worth the read

@@mcjordanamartey dude I’m a christian, there is NOTHING IN THE BIBLE ABOUT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SPRING REVERB AND A PLATE REVERB

@@DexDex4u All true knowledge. A lot of what we know right now in the world isn't necessary. It's fun, can seem like it's making the world better, but ultimately not necessary. Knowledge is a curse. We're killing ourselves because of how much we know.
I just want to make it known that when you're lost, confused as to why you're not happy despite having a 'good life'. Your answer is in the Bible. That's what matters.
But maybe there's some stuff on reverb, I have no idea I haven't finished it yet.

I know all this stuff, but I still come to watch the vids. Haha. I constantly test my assumption of knowing all this stuff by watching through these kinds of vids to see if I have missed anything. Sometimes, I get surprised. But in any case my dude... I really could have done with all this stuff about 20 years ago when I knew absolutely sweet fa. Back then there wasn't a fat lot of easily accessible resources... or plugins either for that matter. At least, not with the kind of quality that we have at our fingertips today. Nice stuff! Keep it up. :D.

Awesome video on reverbs! Just one tiny nitpick - the sound that’s played into the space or hardware is the IMPULSE, and the response is just the recording of everything EXCEPT the original impulse - for example, when recording a space, you cut out the direct sound of the impulse that the mic picks up.

Especially when you start dealing with convolution reverb... I love experimenting with different impulses, but have to stop myself from drowning out the rest of the mix (as you can probably tell, I still have a ways to go as a producer)
