The heat they use with the blow dryer is what causes the damage. I do rolos myself and then I flat iron afterwards. I don’t use a blow dryer at all.

What is the difference between this and using an old fashioned hot comb? Would the results be similar?
deva190 I never use a hot comb before but I’m guessing that is more healthy because of the rollers

I noticed in your other video, how shiny your hair is and now. How to find out more about their products for my hair has fallen out so much that I had to cut it all off again, and I need something that will grow my hair back...Thank you for being honest and showing what is being done to your hair.

Hey Michi! How often do you get the blowouts? I haven't been in a while and I am thinking of going to Philadelphia to get it done again since my hair is much longer now. How often do you recommend is safe to get it done?
My hair drys out pretty quick so thats why I ask.
