My favorite song on the album. They all three shine on this one. And I agree with you, real musical artists don't need gimmicks or choreographed dances, and for sure they don't need to rely on their sexuality. Just straight-up in-your-face rock!
The story behind this song is that a friendship Pau had ended badly. This was the first song they directly wrote about a personal experience. If anyone wondered about how adaptable Dany is there are several videos from different venues of her on stage singing the Three Days Grace song Painkiller. They invited her in different cities to come on stage and sing with them. The Warning and Three Days Grace had a great time doing shows across Canada during November. Now the ladies are heading to Bogota Colombia for a big festival (Rock al Parque) then on down to Lima Peru for another festival to finish out the year.
Thanks, had never heard this group. They have a good sound, will have to look and see if their lyrics have a story or meaning. From what I got form the song they are interesting. great reaction, keep rocking.
Ah well ... especially this one (but not only this one - most of their songs do have a deep meaning - very unlikely for such a "young" band) has a special meaning ... and it (don't know exactly if it was written for it) does have a very cool music video: ua-cam.com/video/LkAP-ydpTys/v-deo.html anyhow - their reaction for this video is priceless: ua-cam.com/video/x51vEFRv9_s/v-deo.html
Thank you for reacting to the only current rock'n'roll band I listen to. Used to love rock'n'roll in my young days, but then got disgusted with it's direction in the late '70s. But The Warning has renewed my interest.
I have a great deal of respect for them because they don't strut about wearing skimpy outfits and twerking, as Tom and the others have said they let their music speak for them, not their looks. They don't use auto tune and although they do make use of a backing track it is simply to enhance their performance not to overwrite it. They are all talent created from hard work, excellent work ethic and of course their own natural abilities.
Let’s be honest. For younger generations Rock is dead. It has been replaced with Pop & Hip Hop/Rap. These girls can and will revive Rock. But you can’t just go to Death Metal to revive Rock. Your going to have to start with something that sound more like 70’s to early 80’s rock. Foghat Journey type of music but with modern song topics. That’s what these girls do
I do agree completely with what you said about there dressing style and it makes me really happy to hear such meanings by male fans, cause it shows that they can be attracted by the music and everything around it and not only by showing as much skin as possible. Cheers.
ANIMOSITY: The Warning demonstrate with this song, that they are a rock group, solid and talented, very good lyrics and messages and Dany shows his great and catchy riff, Tw will undoubtedly be a legend in the history of Rock
So nice to hear a man say that revealing clothing on women is not necessary and can sometimes be a turn off. Of course, we do like to look pretty and badass but not all of us like to show everything (it just seems so desperate for any attention. There. I said it. Lol). These ladies make me proud 🥰
They prove you can have class and rock out. Also, they aren't all tattooed, and pierced, which is a big turn off for me. Also, they do not use profanity on stage or in their personal lives. Another turn off for me. Performance suggestions: Z _ live session ua-cam.com/video/lcLuB2xLl-8/v-deo.html "Kool Aid Kids", live from Summerfest in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. ua-cam.com/video/Kkl7517d84c/v-deo.html "Shattered Heart", live from The Whiskey A-Go-Go in Hollywood, CA 2020, just before the pandemic which canceled their first US tour, but led to them recording "Error" album in 2020. ua-cam.com/video/QgaUuSoSxOw/v-deo.html "Dull Knives" live from The Cave, their home studio. This was performed in August 2020 for a virtual charity event called DeTour. "The girl says "Oh uh-uh, wait a minute! Wait a minute! Just because I'm dressed this way does not make me a whore!" Which is true, Gentlemen, that is true. Just because they dress a certain way doesn't mean they are a certain way. Don't even forget it. But ladies, you must understand that is fucking confusing. It just is. Now that would be like me, Dave Chappelle, the comedian, walking down the street in a cop uniform. Somebody might run up on me saying, "Oh, thank God. Officer, help us! Come on. They're over here. Help us!" "Oh-hoh! Just because I'm dressed this way does not make me a police officer!" See what I mean? All right, ladies, fine. You are not a whore. But you are wearing a whore's uniform.” - Dave Chappelle . hahahaha
Yes, The Warning doesn't need auto-tune or special effects, or sexy, revealing clothes. They let their incredible talent do the talking.
you are absolutely correct sir

thank god, we have the same views regarding gimmick and sexuality, I was once bash by speaking my mind about it
They are good girls with a crazy amount of talent. By far the best band I've heard in decades

Now that we have you hooked on The Warning - have you heard The Pretty Reckless?
Oi, traitor 😁 Though I do love The Pretty Reckless and Halestorm and Sabaton and Saltatio Mortis, but the Warning is Number 1
@@Amaranthine1000 Absolutely! I waited until he was completely Warned before suggesting TPR.
