The last song you heard was now your favorite. Every reactor feels the same. The last The Warning song you hear becomes your new favorite…UNTIL, you hear an old one again and it moves back up the list. LOL.
It's been working that way for me for a few years now. Though there have been a few exceptions. When I first heard S!ck from the fan-cams of this show I wasn't that excited. Once the song actually dropped though and I could really hear it that changed. And I have never been sold on Burnout.
It's amazing how many good songs they have. I started late with this band (Nov 2023), and LOVED the album Error a lot more than QOTMS, but now I absolutely love that album...songs like Sinister Smiles or Staker I didn't pay much attention at first, but now, wow. The last album is Ok but besides Automatic Sun, those songs don't hit me like the previous ones. Having said that, best rock band in a long time.
Damn, didn't know you had another reaction to them..let's go! Would love to see you check out their whole performance from the 2023 Pepsi Center. First song is Disciple....you won't be disappointed!!!
Dust to Dust has been a huge favorite for so many. Its the opening song for Queen of the Murder Scene and Dull Knives is also from that same concept album QOTMS. Their ages were 17, 15, and 12 when it was recorded. They are 22, 20, and 17 for this concert. Lets go for "Disciple" from Tetro Metropolitan. Its really good from this show as well.
Minor correction: They were 23, 21 & 18 for this show and 22, 20 & 17 for the Teatro Metropolitan show the prior year. Ale just turned 20 last week and Pau & Dany have birthdays upcoming in early February and late January (they will turn 23 & 25, respectively).
And apparently the basic idea sank into Pau's middle-school "emo, angsty phase" brain back when she was about 12. Took another year or so to flesh out the album and do a first production run, all of which needed to happen before the Lunario premiere, so the time line matches up.
Their songs are well written, thought out each one of their songs has a hook that sticks within your mind and they’re very reminiscent of when MTV first started. Their videos are really well done. They’re not drugged out and they have great values and they put in their time. Both of their parents have done a wonderful job and they have great support from the family which really helps I’m 72 years old and they’ve given me faith back in rock ‘n’ roll.😊
Yes, their parents still tour with them and are actual members of the crew. Their dad is co-manager and their mother helps get the girls ready for the shows.
My favorite tracks from this concert. Love the extended outro they added here for "Dust to Dust," which leads straight into "Dull Knives (Cut Better)" perfectly... it's like those songs were made to be married together. :-)
This performance of these two songs together has now kind of cemented the two in my head where I kind of expect the two together lol. The slide from one into the other is just absolute fire.
They are fantastic, they write, set up and perform their songs to be played live, I love it, it's deliberate and that's what rock'n'roll is all about, 1, 2, 3, go,!!
'DtD'... That bass line gets me every time, no matter how many times I have heard it (and it is many!). Ms. Alejandra was barely a teenager (or was she even) when she wrote that. 'Dull Knives' is one of the biggest favorites of mine, especially the version 'live from the Warning Cave for deTour'
I had no idea you reacted to them again! This time I subbed cause I’m confident you’ll be doing more of The Warning ❤ I think you’ll love “Queen of the Murder Scene” live at Teatro Metropolitan or, as others have said, start with “Disciple” and work your way down through this Pepsi Center performance! Looking forward to the next one!
Two songs they jammed together from their concept album, Queen of the Murder Scene. Listened to in order the songs tell a story of unreturned love, obsession, murder and madness. Its a really good album! This concert is absolutely epic btw. And they played it while sick. (The drummer was so sick they were considering cancelling and her sisters were not at 100% either. And they performed this in Mexico City at over 7300 feet above sea level...with the energy they bring it is amazing!!)
Just discovered your channel today! Watched and liked your reaction to Evolve, then saw this. Bass player Alejandra (Ale - pronounced AH-lay) wrote that nasty bass line for 'Dust to Dust' when she was 11, and has said she contributed the most to the lyrics on that song as well. She's got a GORGEOUS, smoky voice with a beautiful vibrato, really good range and perfect tone but, sadly, she hates singing lead and will likely never be lead on future songs. She's happy doing backups. And that's fine because live, she's the show within the show, so she definitely gets her share of love from us. Very active and interactive with the crowd, patrolling her side of the stage, constantly moving.
These two songs are from their 2nd album which is a CONCEPT album not a "concert" album, like another commenter mistakenly said. The album is entitled "Queen Of The Murder Scene". And yes, the songs were WRITTEN when the girls were 12, 15 and 17 years old. Mind-blowing!
Both of these songs are from "Queen of the Murder Scene," a concept album about a young woman’s descent into obsession, murder, and madness, released in 2018 when Dany was 18, Pau was 16, and Ale was 13. "Dust to Dust," the opening track and part of the prologue, introduces themes of life, death, and deception, with the protagonist warning of how quickly things can spiral. "Dull Knives (Cut Better)," the 9th track and part of Chapter 3, depicts her growing despair and self-harm as her evil side takes control, leaving her emotionally shattered and consumed by darkness.
❤️⚡🤘. Band Maid and The Warning have an awesome collaboration, as does Dead Poet Society. These ladies are off the charts with who they love. They've studied under David Ellefson of Megadeth at Berkeley. David Bendeth produced their Error album and is still good friends with them. And now you have Anton DeLost producing their latest album... You have a band for the ages.
I can tell you are getting the Warning bug, They are very addicting. All 3 can also play classical piano when they were children and there are utube videos to prove it. You have just scratched the surface, have fun.
These two songs aren't together on the album. D2D is the opening song and is described as an "epilogue as prologue". The singer is playing the part of a preacher at a funeral telling a story about redemption" Dull Knives is much later and is a story about torture (cut better) and murder. And again, written by a 13 yr old drummer.
Took me a couple listens (and a look back at the original album) to realize the "extended ending" to D2D isn't something really created for this; it had been a musical thematic element of he song since the beginning. For this production, they just "brought it forward" and emphasized it because it makes a nice tie-in point to introduce DK. But yeah - it's not "new"; it's always been there. ⚡🤘⚡ Both tunes are, of course, from _Queen of the Murder Scene_ and definite fan favorites... that everyone kind of complains are too short. So linking them together like this makes sense.
If you were to go watch some of their very early videos when they were just starting out, you would know that these Mexican sisters were not yet little bilingual Catholic school girls when they first got into music at summer camps. Mom's a dentist. Dad's an engineer. He used to run a recording studio. The girls grew up listening to their parents' rock favorites and watching concerts on TV. The kids all learned classical piano first, then discovered Rock Band, the video game. Suddenly, they were choosing instruments. Dany started guitar lessons at eight. Pau started drum lessons at six. Ale started bass at seven, a few years later, as she's the youngest. They were a great cover band as LITTLE KIDS. But they rarely do covers anymore. (A recent exception is a BRILLIANT cover of Alanis Morissette’s You Oughta Know, that they did at Sirius XM.) They are as good as, or better than the bands they covered! And in most cases, they are more fun to watch. Their first two albums were crowd-funded and independently produced! Before watching any more of their music, I'd suggest you watch their two TEDx Talks on the University of Nevada channel, from way back in 2016 and 2017. Perhaps also watch The Warning: The Mexican Rock Stars Who Happen To Be Sisters [TIDAL Rising Documentary] on the TIDAL channel. Maybe watch Mayday in the Making, parts 1-6. As much as you like it now, if you know who they are, and where they come from, their music will make a lot more sense. These ladies are now 20, 22, and 24. They sold out their Spring, '24 tour, 19 dates in Europe and the UK. They came back from Japan for a stint in L.A. and the launch of their new album, Keep Me Fed, on June 28. They performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live the night before. They were on MTV Push during July. Then they went on to Europe for festivals, Pol'and'Rock and Wacken Open Air, where they played before many tens of thousands of fans. They headed on to Canada, the USA, and other places this year. Most recently, they played at the MTV EMAs in England, and at the Latin Grammys, where they were nominated for their song, Que Mas Quieres. Currently recuperating and recharging at home, they have already sold out a 10,000 seat arena in Mexico City for two dates next February. Their superpowers are LIVE performance, music COMPOSITIONAL skills, LYRICAL depth, STAGE presence and charisma, and personal integrity. Welcome to a deep, deep, 11-year-old rabbit hole.
You will learn the more you hear The Warning. That your favorite Warning song is always the next one. They ever make a bad song. 4 Albums and every track is a winner. 🎶⚡️🎶⚡️🎶😎
That is the rule with The Warning, the last song you listen turned into your favourite (no matter if it was the first time, or you had listened it hundreds of times).
You should check out their cover of Enter Sandman from this concert, it has a string section. You mentioned that “Dust tomDust / Dull Knives” kinda reminded you of a James Bond movie, I feel the same about the Pepsi Center version of ES, especially the ending of the song. I’d like to see what you think of some of the songs from their newest album “Keep Me Fed”. Welcome! ⚡️🤘

It's not that they have "zero copyright". What they did is take all their music off the "ContentID" system. This way anybody online who plays their videos on platforms like this do not get automatic claims via ContentID. Of course all their music has a copyright, it's just they are internet savvy and do what is right to ensure guys like you can react to their videos without hassle. They made their fame on social media and know how to wrangle it for their own promotion. Their label (Lava/Republic) and management had to agree to this before they signed.
They are part of UMG who is notorious for copyright problems. Their newer stuff after they signed with Lava has occasionally produced strikes but it’s not by TW’s direct management. There was a reaction channel I used to watch that quit doing TW reactions because they kept getting claims from 2 different companies in Mexico that no one could figure out had any association to TW. The general rule seems to be if you react to anything that’s live and on their channel you’re pretty safe. If you do some of the newer music videos or something 3rd party like VEVO or MTV you’re probably gonna be demonetized at a minimum and potentially get a claim. UA-cam doesn’t seem to care too much about “fair use” anyways.
they were 17, 15 and eleven when they wrote the album and the bass line was written by ale at 11 Pau sing and drum at the same time since she play drums . one of her first teache encourage her to easily stay on point. in the first video ever of Pauline in 2009 (she was 7) even you don't hea r a lot you can see she sing whiule she play ua-cam.com/video/s589vw3Ht1E/v-deo.html Ale for example plays Hysteria bass part at 8 ua-cam.com/video/P-IuRNVMsx0/v-deo.html
Descartes A Kant literally means Descartes to Kant as a reference to Rene Descartes and Immanuel Kant two significant figured in western philosophy. Descartes favored using logic and reason over feelings and that the physical world sets the rules while Kant much more was a think it into being kind of thinker and that ethics are universal. So the band name is telling a story about their music.

The last song you heard was now your favorite. Every reactor feels the same. The last The Warning song you hear becomes your new favorite…UNTIL, you hear an old one again and it moves back up the list. LOL.
The fan base (The Warning Army) says that your favorite song from them is the last one you heard. So far, it's working that way for you.
It's been working that way for me for a few years now.
Though there have been a few exceptions. When I first heard S!ck from the fan-cams of this show I wasn't that excited. Once the song actually dropped though and I could really hear it that changed.
And I have never been sold on Burnout.

You know you want to do every song from the Pepsi Center show. We are here for it.
Its Mexican Rock! 3 beautiful Mexican sisters are conveying to the World what Mexican passion and energy is all about! Amazing Talent! 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽
Damn, didn't know you had another reaction to them..let's go! Would love to see you check out their whole performance from the 2023 Pepsi Center. First song is Disciple....you won't be disappointed!!!
Disciple from Pepsi is the definitive version of that song for me now.
Especially that bass 'rev' from Ale.
"A good embodiment of what rock is", nailed it.
Incredible band. Haven’t gone a day without listening to something of theirs in 3 years.
Dust to Dust has been a huge favorite for so many. Its the opening song for Queen of the Murder Scene and Dull Knives is also from that same concept album QOTMS. Their ages were 17, 15, and 12 when it was recorded. They are 22, 20, and 17 for this concert.

Great Reaction. These ladies Are incredible...
TW never disappoint with any live performances, and yea, their transitions are smooth. They are a super tight band.
Very happy to see The Warning back on your channel! This is an awesome rabbit hole to fall into!
A double feature to die for !! Love these ladies ! 🤟🎸🥁🎸🤟
The Warning are an OUTSTANDING live band. As good as the pro-shot live videos are, believe it or not IMHO they are even better experienced in person!!
They are fantastic, they write, set up and perform their songs to be played live,
I love it, it's deliberate and that's what rock'n'roll is all about, 1, 2, 3, go,!!
It does make sense! This is rock and roll.

I do not miss aby opportunity to see once more this transition. Pure fire!
🔥The transition is soooo smooth

React to the video that started it all, see them play Enter Sandman with 26 million views when they were 14, 12 and 9.
Love The Warning, thank you for checking them out.
Remember, you're new of The Warning! There's a 'legend' that's more a reality: last song you hear is always your new favourite... check yourself!!! 🤣😘
DULL FREAKING KNIVES!!!!!!!!!!!🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
These two songs are from their 2nd album which is a CONCEPT album not a "concert" album, like another commenter mistakenly said. The album is entitled "Queen Of The Murder Scene". And yes, the songs were WRITTEN when the girls were 12, 15 and 17 years old. Mind-blowing!
Excellent my friend... excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
La calidad de The Warning es enorme ,en cualquier parte del mundo donde tocan dejan una gueya muy profunda ,es el mejor trío de rock del planeta
They have sibling magic. If they ever stopped making music they will still be sisters.
A favorite old saying: Good rock music hasn't died - it just moved to Mexico!

I wonder why you don't have more views, UA-cam algorithm is weird. I like your reactions and comments.
Thank you! Yeah, the algorithm stopped pushing my videos around June unfortunately, but hopefully this video helps turn that around :)
Live is The Warning supper power. Music videos are good too, but... Live is where it's at with these girls

🤘 One tip for you: To comprehend the songs when reacting please read the lyrics first in spotify or whatever you want to and when you are reacting it'll be easier to concentrate on the video without missing a bit of the song and the show, please keep on rocking have a beautyful day 🤘🤘🤘
It's not that they have "zero copyright".
Also, they don’t ban phone recordings at their performances. It’s part of their marketing. Genius!

Descartes a Kant are mexican too and they have opened shows for The Warning.
