I too own an all gold Citizen that is very similar to yours in shape and style. I bought it back in 1980 when I was 23. The movement no longer works and needs a new one. This I will do eventually. Watches back then were much thinner, smaller and weighed next to nothing in comparison to the heavy duty watches sold today.
They were definitely more stylish back then & hopefully someday I'll have the pleasure of owning a watch that long. I hope you get your citizen working again, watches like this are too beautiful to be broken 👌🔝

Reminds me of the 1985 Seiko 7430-5560 my wife bought me for Christmas that year. I still wear it.
