    One piece of evidence that was thrown out for "reasons" was the footprints at the crime scene. It was a custom shoe from some luxury company and there were only 12 pairs in the United States at that time. Only one pair was his size. That judge was bought and paid for.

      The gloves on the underside were super fucking thin. You either have no clue how gloves work or are mentally ret*rded when it comes to spatial ability. Anyway the expert consensus is that the gloves didn't fit cause they SHRUNK so you're a contrarian dope either way.

    Amen to that dude. The prosecution should have gone to prison. If interested, the lawyer who put Charles Manson away, Vincent Bugliosi did a mock trial on UA-cam. He'll go over the monumental incompetence of the DA's office both Clark and Darden in excruciating detail. He was pissed off after each day of testimony on Larry King.
    But that trial was over before it started. That jury could've been at the murder scene and let him go. There was enough evidence to convict him 50 times over. As Bugliosi said "when your blood is at the murder scene, it's the end of the ball game". I had a class in law school titled that too. Garcetti, the DA has to shoulder his share. 1st by moving the trial from Santa Monica.

    It's not uncommon for snobby stepmoms to be murdered or harmed by their stepchildren, Jason believed Nicole was a self proclaimed actress who just leeched off OJ, Jason wanted his mom back (Marguerite) but she is now a very wealthy business woman after getting her parents business after OJs divorce.

    • @Slyfoxx

      What about the fact that one glove was found on scene, with OJs DNA inside of it, and the other was found at his estate? His DNA and his son's DNA are different, yet his son's DNA was never seen, but OJs was. I don't think it was Jason. He didn't have a motive whatsoever imo

    • @user-pe3fk1fb1o
      @user-pe3fk1fb1o Місяць тому

      @@sinistrality Not back then though. Back then once the verdict was read people of color were celebratory and legitimately thought he was being framed all because he was a successful black man. This compounded with the Rodney King situation only further exacerbated those feelings. Most people who strongly believe he was guilty argue that had it not been for prosecutorial misconduct and utter incompetence by the state, he'd likely have been convicted. Instead, he got off scot free only to end up in prison anyway over armed robbery. The conviction for armed robbery, I think, is what ended up casting a lot of doubt in people's minds honestly. The image of this congenial person on screen with this likeable persona who was wrongly accused of murder was shattered at that point because it showcased how easily he was spurred to act with violence and threats over something as trivial as sports memorabilia; a stark contrast to how people perceived him during his murder trial.
