What evaporator? Looks like you have a Smoky Lake valve and float set but not their arch or rear pan?
The back two pans and arch are "Sunrise" but the finishing pan is a Smoky Lake.
What model vacuum pump system and releaser?

How do you keep your pump from freezing?
We drain them after each time we use them.
Nice looking setup just curious what size your sugar shack is… we are looking to build one next year here

So what bag system do you use?
We just use 3 gallon bags and then to gather sap we just go around with buckets and dump what's in the bags into the buckets.
