After about a week of settling in, decorating, unpacking we have a mostly set up apartment. I am so excited for this next chapter of more adventures, time to play and less stress to be renovating a house. The last chapter definitely took many unexpected turns but I am grateful to be here now.

Juby, the apartment looks sooo cozy. Love your Boho Style. I also live in a 2 bedroom apartment with my family. It is so wonderful to have more financal freedom because the cost is not as high as for a house. And it is so cool that you have a swimmingpool and a gym. It sounds like a really cool deal to me. Wish you guys the best in the new home🥰

You’ve already made your new home so sweet and cozy! I myself love smaller spaces - lived in 1000 square feet or less our entire marriage of 48 years. I think it helps me live life more intentionally and simply. Your video was so fun to watch. Love your new blanket. It’s a beautiful design.
I’m smiling because you are sharing the life that you and your husband have created in this world where many are awaking to their own adventures, light within, creativity etc like you each have and people are searching for one’s that live this lifestyle. Or have this mindset. To us it may seem so normal. To others it brings hope and a bit of peace too. Sharing online and reaching out to people that need the calm. Or need to see the light in others✨

From the big house to a much smaller apartment, wow! You guys are so resilient! We have, in the 44 years of marriage moved 14 different times, all in the same state, moved mainly for my husbands work, so we relocated. the longest we lived at a place was 14 years, where my sons finished their high schooling, so they both stayed in that area when we moved 2 hours south for another employment opp, running and managing a 13 acre Christian youth camp/event center, now we are 2 hours north ofthat, and my husband pastors a small church.

I finally bought my own home after living in apartments for 20 years and I'm near tears seeing you walk into that apartment (that's completely my stuff). Your energy will bring your forever home, hopefully after y'all have had a chance to breathe.

Realize apartment life has to be very, very different after having so much space at the large home that you & Justin painstakingly remodeled, however, I think this easier lifestyle of apartment living with lots of amenities is going to be a welcomed change for all three (well, four - with Odin!) of you in the time ahead! How blessed & fortunate will the new owners (🤞) be to live in this lovingly restored & artistically vibrant 100 year old home 🏡 - once the right people take ownership; as I don't believe it will be on the market long at all - soon they'll be a SOLD sign in the front yard! Haven’t seen your channel in a long time, I loved my small flat I lived in years ago. All on one level, then met my husband had a baby and moved to a house. The baby is now 21 and buying her own place with boyfriend,so I think we will downsize eventually
You have my dream Jeep. My late husband and I loved Jeeps and we wanted to camp in it but it wasn't done in the late 1990's. So seeing you fulfill my dream is so satisfying. I knew we were on the right path but being melanated and visionary intimidates everyone! You two have style, grace and heart. You did good, kiddos!

I just went on a nice car camping trip and came back today appreciative of the town and little apartment I live in with a comfy mattress and our own mosquito and spider free toilet! Love the moth transformation symbolism and colors of the blanket turned out great.

Yeeees this is MUCH more manageable I feel like for you guys. The house was awesome, wayching you guys renovate was so cool but you also seemed so stressed all the time. I love renting my apartment at this stage in life

@julieryan1616 ~ Justin & Juby have put the home they so painstakingly & beautifully remodeled up for sale in order to move closer to their community. They are renting - apartments in the USA are rented, while condos or condominiums are purchased (or could be rented from say, the owner). They appear to be in a larger apartment complex with lots of amenities ... 🦋

Juby my son had same problems with his ears when he was little we got him a ear bandit a Dr. Invented it he wore wax in his ears and the bandit velcro around his head l used this 4 6to 8 yrs worked great he also used wax in shower so he wouldn't get water in ears he had tunes also 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻💜💜💜💜hope you guys are doing well cute apartment ❤😊
P.S. it holds her ear plugs in or wax don't wear by itself the bandits not waterproof it's only to hold plugs or wax in place but it's an amazing product we used for alot of years😊
