3:30 I don't know it might just be me. But why is every time I watch a video about Beaches & oceans or waters or whatever They're so soothing to hear. But when you actually go to a beach You like it's okay
maybe because you are hearing the sound from the video at a less stressful (less stimuli) and quieter environment such as at home, At the beach, your body has to deal with all other stimuli, such as the wind hiting your face, the cold or the burning sensations, the extra light glare, the paying attention to your kids or belongings, etc, which can increase stress levels and decrease the soothing sensation from the sound of the waves.
