nascar thunder 2004 is a video game. in video games, especially ones with RPG like mechanics, there is a currency system in which you utilize earnings of some kind to improve your character. what if i was given an arbitrary handicap that kept that currency low?? well i guess you're just gonna have to watch the video and find out.
