I really enjoyed your live feed yesterday. It was nice to hear you two chat in a relaxed setting about your build, the weather, and all the other things. I am really inspired by your drive to get this done while you both work and deal with what life throws your way. I can barely keep up my yard and it is not that big. Keep up the good(I should say awesome) work, keep the faith, and I will see you next video.
It’s always fun to read the comments of those that have never used a Ventrac. 😏. I know you are loving that thing like we love ours; it will absolutely take your property to the next level. Call me if you need some help with those food plots!!! 😎👍🏼👊🏼
Good morning Dipole want to say thanks for the live feed last night. It was nice to see the two of you relaxed and sitting for a change and it was especially nice to get questions answered and hear some of your plans. I totally agree with you. Everything I’ve seen on Tractor Time with Tim has showed that Vinntrack is a much under rated machine. Plies it’s very stable on inclines. Thanks again for sharing. You two stay safe
over the next few weeks I acquired about 5 from NAPA and from Amazon. spring is here and things are growing at a crazy rate so I will probably start going thru those soon.
Let me borrow it for a weekend, my property is an overgrown forest in the CA Sierra Foothills that needs to be mulched down before the inferno season begins.
With the shortages going on now, I know of some folks who can't get a part from the manufacturer will take their belts to Auto Zone or NAPA and get good or better belts from them and be back in business, never to buy stock belts again and that also goes for bearings.
I had to see one in action up close before I understood what it could really do, then it took me more than a year of watching videos and thinking there was no way I would ever spend that much money. Well I found a good deal on a well used one and I wish I had gone this route 3 years ago.
That field that I cut is in a bad spot for a fire. There is a wide open field above that I’m comfortable burning in but we are in the mountains and you really have to err on side of caution.
Go see a machinist and have him make a chain to get away from the belts. A chain works with links I am sure you are a smart man. In the long run it would save you time and money.
7 foot rotary on my big tractor. Cant get to half the stuff that is down-in there and all the stumps just tear it it up. It will stall the tractor out if you are lucky. Break pieces if you aren’t.
Dang that Ventrac is a beast, I love that machine , it’s a keeper for reclaiming land on your property.
It has proven itself to be very capable.

When I finally get the land free of debris and stumps I will be reaching out. But it looks 10X better right away, just from cutting that stuff.
Good morning

Love my Ventrac.
Let it eat!
I keep a spare PTO belt in the glove box. It takes a few minutes to change it. BTW you can find replacement belts at NAPA.

Nice to see you doing something different today. Variety is the spice of life bro 🇯🇲🙏
Sometimes you have to change it up just to stay sane
Good morning Break Heart. Greetings from Jamaica 🇯🇲
Good Morning Lloyd a 35 degrees with 6 inches of Snow and Ice today. I’m sure you are jealous of the weather.
@@breakheartorchard4761 not at all. Will stay with the tropic. Love your comment at the end of video 😅😅
There is another adjustment that tightens the stretched belt.
I’ll see you next also.

Oh, you definitely need something like that. Cutting down that flammable understory is one of the many reasons we bought it.

Yes. I started making a collection of the belts that I might need for this. So that I will have them handy if something goes wrong.
You need dust protection on.
Belts are cheaper than pistons.....
Work has delayed my watching ☹. Hope you both are staying warm and haven't lost power due to snow.
We were fortunate to come thru this last storm without losing power.
My opinion all the naysayers about that machine or dumb I think it’s pretty cool Scott in Pleasant Grove Utah love your channel

I actually missed your live feed yesterday regretfully. I was wondering why u don't cut that field into sections and control burn it

👋👍😊
I'm disappointed you didn't start singing a certain John Denver song as you fought your way through the scrub. 😉
If I start singing, it will probably get banned.
@@breakheartorchard4761 if Mark Strong could get away with hamming it up I'm sure you could as well 😁
Always something. just saying
Surely a Brush cutter would have been better and any really big a chain saw

Can't you borrow a hundred goats for a month ? 😃
I’d love to have some goats.
The only music we should hear is the sound of the ventrac. ANNOYING
