Brand JG being OP tier blows my mind, cause I've yet to see a good one in my games.
Brand was OP before the nerfs, now he is just good or decent. I dont agree with the op tier placement in this list
i’ve been playing a ton of brand jungle. the big issue is you need a full clear and invades really fuck you- but i dont think it should be in OP tier.
Diamond and below brand fucks but it still comes down to his positioning

Literally dude, I swear riot are so clueless. It’s not even been that problematic in pro play it’s just effective but it’s super fun to play solo Q and now it’s gone
@@mrjamezjc9845 Im glad its gone its garbage. Every rell jung i played with we lost the game its like having a second support that roams. Would much rather have a good carry jung or someone with more damage or cc in general like amumu or zac.

Bloodsong ad bonus is based on base ad and Senna has a low fixed 50 ad. This nerf doesn't affect Senna at all. The reason Bloodsong is good on her is the fact that her Q procs it without a need for additional auto which conveniently has range boost from RFC item.
I’ve been playing a lot of Rek Sai too and those nerds look soo big! The whole reason she soo strong top is she can take short trades then back off and heal off the wave. She’s now getting that heal at 2/5th the speed and the heal is 20% less. I think will only be good as a counter pick into matchups that benefit heavily from the point and click knock up and shorter burst trades.
what ive noticed is that league of legends champ tier list is like valorant agent tier list, you can pick the best agent in the game but if you miss all your shots you are still gonna be bad. You can pick an OP champion, miss CS, fumble teamfights, use ult right before objectives, make dumb plays ect. these videos are great but dont let them get in the way of you learning how to actually play the game

False, yesterday a late game 2/5 Brand jg failed his Q and W, and yet killed me with his E and his R. There are champs in lol that do not punish you for doing everything you can do bad.

how did sett jump from the B tier to S tier withouht any changes done to him or his lane? he remained b tier the entire season almost and other than glitches fixes nothing really changed about him? whats the reason for the jump?

Forgot to mention that the AP threshold for Nami's W has been cut in half, making it only take 100 AP to flip the bounce modifier instead of 200. It was even shown in the video that damage is higher on W at only 78 AP off the bounce, imagine how much that is going to climb with higher AP.

Aphelios can also rush kraken and can trade 2 for 1 in almost every scenario with a cs lead, very under rated atm
Aphelios( after all the nerf and changes) is one of rhe strongest adc. He is just not braindead as he used to be and people mistake that with being "bad"
The Bloodsong nerf does not really effect senna, the bonus damage is based off base AD, senna has the lowest base AD in the game due to her passive (and it does not go up per level like every other champ) so she never really benefited from the bonus damage. I don't see this hurting her as much you think...

Yes exactly. It's good on her because she procs it using only her Q (without an auto) and it's range can be extended using RFC item

Briar is a good pick, but ever since they nerf the W healing, briar is kinda easy to counter since just bramble vest can counter her real hard

Nami need a completely new build now, mandate is a nono, but if you build Echos and Moonstone with some ap runes, she scales incredible and is a monster of healing in the mid to late game, its nuts really. its just that she is not Lucian best friend now

Fiora nerf is bs. They keep nerfing her every patch almost. Took attack speed scaling of her E She already has not really amazing scaling. Q is pretty decent scaling, but if you take her early game she will become useless. 😢
They nerfed her because accoridng to Riot she was one of the champs that countered K'sante and God forbids any champ counters Ksante

She's been weak in high elo/pro forever but is great in lower elo where games are less organised, just one of those champs that tends to be like that

Never forget that people still receive financial income for balancing this game.
It's actually not a buff. They took out Camille from support and just buffed the movement speed of her Q by 10%. Her W was nerfed in late game, and her E was nerfed.
She sucks in top and Riot doesn't want to see her in sup she is done. (Mostly thanks to the pathetic adc mains)

Q buff is good for top Camille earlier than support, but it's still a buff to support Camille. It's not like she doesn't ever max her Q. They aren't removing any power from support Camille by buffing her Q.
Her E lost 20 damage at all ranks. So what? The issue is not the damage on her E, it's the cooldown and range of engage, and the fact that she can run around influencing the whole map with it. From level 1.
I don't think you read the change correctly. Her W went from 5-7% max hp damage to 6-8% max hp damage. How is that a late game nerf? How is it a nerf at all? It's literally a flat buff at all levels in all roles 😆
@@Yokai_Yuri the w change was a percent increase in damage early, and the cooldown was reduced in the q too. The only nerf in the e was damage

I win over 80% of my games when I jungle. But 45% when I play adc, which is far more fun than jungle this season. So as a result I’m hard stuck plat 1. Maybe I’ll push em this split. But NB3 was the best person to learn from how to jg

Rell damage to jungle camps isn't insignificant for support either, she now brings absolutely no damage to dragons or barons which isn't fantastic. Seems like they are on a crusade to make support significantly weaker than everyone else again, fuck it.

@@KungKokkos Least impactful role? You can legit sit back and shield teammates as janna and climb 200 elo in a week. Support is by far the easiest role and has large impact. Not to mention that if botlane is doomed, they’ll just leave their adc to die and get 3 man dove by the enemy botlane and mid/jg. The disconnect is crazy with this one.

How is Kaisa C tier?
She's not good until late game and you have to build hybrid or AP, so you can punish her early and snowball easily, making her useless before you can end the game.
@@DanielLopez-sr5pv She is good all game if you know how to build her, Ive consistently got Q evolved at lvl 6 at 6 mins for the past 3 patches. Eclipse + Long Sword build - From there you can go Hybrid, on hit or AP and still crush

Whenever a situation like "enchanter supports weren't nerfed, so we will call them stronger comparatively" happens, I tend to disagree. I think they should be considered as strong as before, because you don't primarily play against others of the same role, but against the other team which obviously has all of the other roles as well.
To stick with the example: even if all support types except enchanters were nerfed, you'll still be as useless if the meta is dive and assassin focuses - and you'll still be as op in a tank and late game meta.
Other than that: please don't play Karma as an enchanter, the full burst glass cannon is still so extremely good, when you know your damage and how you can bait with your R+W, folks just don't expect the instant 20% missing hp heal. It might not be better, statistically, but boy is it more fun 😂
You still just compare to others of the same role, otherwise before this season no support should have been above B tier.

Bro there’s no way y’all actually put the Camille section for her adjustments on the sup part. She’s a off meta sup. Respect her as a top laner
But that is the thing. Camille top is absolute ass since she no longer has Divine Sunderer and the map changes don't benefit her. In support she was relevant due to her tankiness, ultility, and damage. CAMILLE loses 90% of the match ups in top; for example against:, Morde, Aatrox, Sett, Darius, Teemo, Fiora, Jax...just to name a few.
Any champion that shreds adc and make thei life harder gets the instant nerf

She loses most meta toplane matches, the changes to toplane map structure really hurt her a lot.
And she has really strong engage tools and lock down for taking out adc or a squishy support.

People really do not understand how broken Galio is going to be.
No he didn´t get weaker with last patch changes he has a damn 52% wr when builded correctly with Roa/lyandris/cosmic people are just dumb and keep buying lich bane and full ap on him.
He´s going to the one of if not the actual strongest mid laner of the patch, they basicly reverted every nerf while keeping every buff on passive, W, E i wouldn´t be surprised if he jumpped from 52% wr to 53 or even 54

Again, how the heck is shaco support S tier??? Ive said this before but hes literally just a pink ward until he gets lost chapter and he only becomes a champion when he gets level 6, his first item, or zakzaks. With zakzaks nerf he just lost like 30% of his damage since he can only get liandrys later in the game. His cooldowns are way to long to offer meaningful crowd control in teamfights without predicting a fight 1 minute before. His poke is weak and it takes way too much mana. What makes him S?????
The mana cost changes are kinda huge for olaf, w costs more mana but lasts longer, is a slight nerf overall IMO since a lot of trades dont last long enough for the extra duration to matter as much as the extra mana cost. Not enough to make a big difference. The big change here IMO is the 100 mana cost on ult. I can see so manyyy scenarios early on where you need to have just enough mana to catch the enemy off guard with ult + whatever skills you have enough mana/hp for that you just wont be able to do anymore. On the other hand the jungle changes may make olaf a better snowballer since he will be able to invade and take jungle camps more easily than before if he's stomping top lane. Problem is lane dominance becoming a little harder to do with his ult change. I would say it might even be enough to bring him down half a tier. Still plenty strong but with a big weakness now.
Nasus should never be strong that champ is disgusting.

Don't worry about it. Fiora is still strong. Champs with those kinda kits will always be strong despite the nerfs.
