- The first Go Power Sports 180 mini bike enduro was a huge success! We raced 70 teams from all over the country on our modified TrailMaster MB200 powered by a Tillotson 225. We made second place in the full suspension mini bike class behind the go power sports factory team.

Sorry John and Charles, but I think it is safe to say that the best part of this video is seeing Ike back on the horse and at full tilt. Now you two need to do some practicing to catch up! I look forward to seeing you guys compete against each other back at your home track.
Perhaps it would be better to drill a hole, through the front axle, then use a castle nut with a split pin or wire key ring hoop, rather than trust a nylock nut of dubious origins.
Agreed, nylocks are supposed to be one maaaaybe 2 uses and tossed in the trash
As much as I like watching you guys build stuff, putting those builds to the test and succeeding while doing it is fun to watch too! No parts, no plans, no tools, it'll be fine, and coming up 2nd place in a competition with somewhere around 60 competitors? Thats a solid build and some good racing! Glad you are back to business Ike!

Great finish... You'd think that after all of these years these boys would have heard of blue loc tite.. Easily removable but fasteners will not come lose or back off or fall off when it's used.. Super cheap and so easy to use that even Ike should be able to use it... It's the little things that can kill you or sink your plans...

Glad it went well, could always safety wire that nut. I always stay away from nylocks for the reason you mentioned. Jet nuts are hard to find in that size.

You guys ought to make a 'lollipop sign' like what's used in F1. Your logo on one side, something like "kickstand" written on the other. Hold your logo out so it's easier for the rider to know where you are, then flip it to "kickstand" for refueling and such. Lift it up for "go".
Or at least get a small flag with your logo for a similar purpose.
Also in aerospace nylock nuts can only be re-used (removed - reinstalled, regardless of torque) three times due to that nylon part wearing out. Maybe set a limit of something like 5 or 10 for your projects as well?

Enjoyed banging bars with you guys. Congrats on the 2nd place in full suspension. Was very happy with the track but almost got a DNF due to rear inner tube. Luckily was able to change it and still placed on the podium. And a big shout-out to the video producer. Had my attention through the ads the entire time😃 looking forward to seeing you guys at the next one
Some safety wire, a jig for drilling the nuts-n-bolts and a tool for twisting the wire would be a good thing for you three to acquire. In racing, thread locking compound has it's uses, but the safety wire is a must. Those nylon inserts aren't reliable enough. Really enjoyed watching and have to admit, I was a little jealous having to watch, not being able to participate. Great race. Congrats on a well deserved win!
Really cool. I like how in your previous MB200 vid you were saying it isn't just one upgrade, it is the affect of all the upgrades giving you just that scoshe bit extra speed and ride.

Suggestion. Put factory gas tank back on with Y connector and shut off valve. Then use that as reserve tank when main is empty.

Need a mb -200 with a shifter motor it be like the old big wheels and a suggestion add lower pair handle bars will help in handling keep up great work everyone and stay safe.
