Virgil is a great leader... I saw a Clip of him in The Dutch kit just marshalling orders... Virg is that Guy, very vocal and a definitely a keeper

Virgil is the one we can't lose. Trent can be replaced, Mo to some extent, but we need Virgil for another few years.
