Good job. Here’s one little tip that will also help you. Throw the whole squirrel in a bucket of cold water and soak him a minute or 2. Then skin as you showed. That’s hair will not stick to the squirrel if you wet it first. Give it a try.

And THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!I was 82nd AIRBORNE 11B MachineGunner .Now can you show us your favorite way to cook squirrel?I do them all different ways JUST thought you might have some ideas. I've bbq,fried,and tried a couple other ways, just thought you might have done something different. Good hunting and stay ARMED....

Thank you for your service as well buddy! I have done about every way possible and I still just like a good ol pan fried squirrel with brown gravy and mashed potatoes. Nothing fancy, but just good. I might try one on my smoker and see how that is.
