    A new, innovative, never before seen product, our Longfield™ Studless Hubs set the bar in quality and performance. The Longfield™ Studless Hub replaces the weaker, prone-to-breaking locking hubs and hub studs by utilizing a stud-less hub design and inner locking puck. Never again will you need to check the torque of your hub studs or even worry about your hubs when you are on the trail.
    The Longfield™ Studless Hub and Inner Locking Puck are both constructed out of chromoly steel for superior strength and quality. The Longfield™ Studless Hubs are stronger than the OEM locking hubs and are designed to handle even higher torque loads than our Creeper Drive Flanges. The Longfield Studless Hubs will also include a full set of front wheel bearings to replace your old, worn out bearings.
    We are so confident with the quality and strength of our new, innovative Longfield™ Studless Hubs, we are offering it with our legendary, no-questions asked lifetime warranty.

    Do you make these in the IFS version so I can use them to widen my front axle?

    So you can leave the locking puck out and just assemble the rest and it wont hurt anything? For 2 wheel drive that is.

      Yes. Although the product was designed to always be locked, you can remove the splined puck and screw in the bolt and washer into the birfield to achieve an "unlocked" front axle.

    Had these installed earlier this week. Is it supposed to click? I noticed it clicks when I have the wheel turned. Most noticeable turning driver side. Please advise

    I just sheared my OEM studs, but went to your site and it says these stay locked. What part in the video is the "locking puck"? Thanks in advance.

      See at 5:04 the drive flange or locking puck is being installed.

      +Trail-Gear Inc. Just purchased these! On sale now what a deal! Thanks!!! Will you be selling the O ring, hub cover and snap rings separately? I know I will be needing the unlocked hubs often. Thanks in advance!

    its that big black gear the is held in by the allen bolt and washer ...

      @TrailGear  9 років тому

      The "big black gear" or drive puck floats in the hub and is held in by the outer cap and spiral snap ring.

      the allen bolt and washer hold the birfield from sliding in just as the factory c-clip did.
