MY SUGGESTION: THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT MUST USE THE BIG PHILIPPINE NAVY SHIP WHEN SENDING RESUPPLY MISSION TO THE SOLDIERS OF THE BRP SIERRA MADRE. ASK THE USA FOR A JOINT PATROL MISSION WITH THE PHILIPPINES IN THE WEST PHILIPPINE SEA. THIS WILL DETER CHINA FROM COMMITTING DANGEROUS ACTIONS AGAINST THE PHILIPPINES. THIS WILL ALSO REDUCE THE TIMES DOING SAID MISSION.

China has no jurisdiction and cannot impose rules on Philippine Exclusive Economic Zone, it is not its territory
China's nine-dash line claim was invalidated by the Permanent Court of arbitration at the Hague in 2016. China is among the first countries who signed the UNCLOS in 1982 and ratified it in 1994. But China refuses to follow the rule based order of UNCLOS and rejects the arbitral court's' ruling to pursue its belligerent expansionism.

In my own functional illiterate opinion: The Chinese Communist again reaffirmed,displayed their former stance ,this time using , applying physical force to subdue /prevent Philippines Navy,Coast Guard etc. from entering their territory.. This maybe absurd but the Chinese Communist listened to the advice of the Filipinos that are Pro-Communist to make it appear that the Philippine Navy were the Invaders of their territory like Magellan and presumably think that they are Lapulapu, that is why they used Bolo's, Knives and Spears.... Chinese Communist worst plan is yet to come but for the Filipino Pro-Communist it's tremendously beneficial for them.The Philippine Government current policy is very much advantageous for them. I will explain later when it happens.

When China ruled the South China Sea, the Filipinos did not yet know how to build ships. Study history well. The only time the Philippines had sovereignty over the South China Sea was during the American colonial period.. Although the territory was not as large before, it has actually expanded due to being colonized. Colonies are already illegal, and colonization means occupying someone else's territory. How does the Philippines claim legitimate sovereignty over these illegal territories. If Philippine thinks colonization is legal, then Philipine should belong to US.
How can you say that China has sovereignty over those islands when during that time the monarchies in China still existed? Your logic is flawed. CCP is NOT the nation you speak of that claimed those islands, CCP is a parasite that took and violated what was left of the ROC. With your argument, Mongolia or the Empire of Japan should still have sovereignty over CCP.
