- Not Sure if the Material was 3M but the Customer did Request it from whatever shop it was. I question it because of how it was different in the way it applied or when I would start to squeegee out etc. It would start to easily wrinkle an catch itself.

Don't know if it's 3m...... it quite clearly says kpmf airelease on the paper. Cheap and cheerful. Just scratches easy with the squeegee.
This customer supplied their own material. But yeah it was very different. Very tacky, and easily able to stretch. Also I didn't notice any major scratching or etc when I applied it. The customer was very happy, no scratches and etc...
Not exactly what I would've recommended in the brand but it worked out for them 🙏🏼

Honestly not too sure anymore haven't done a mini Cooper lately... For this one I'd assume a 5x5 will be enough.
I think 4x5 is what it'll end up being.
But if you can spare an extra buck.
Grab a 6x5 foot.
Unroll it like you're going to wrap it. Cut excess vinyl and then you can use the left over for any thing small you'd like.
Would be nice to hear you explain what you’re doing, also some closer shots when and how you cut and how you deal with the seals.

Even the current gen Mini’s which ship with red roof from the factory (JCW spec) have the roof still black.

Commenting on my keys?? You must have nothing to do..... I have much experience now doing cars OUTSIDE rather than Ina garage.. I actually do mobile Vinyl Wrap installation..... have a great day though 💯🤙🏽
