Man inspiring to see such a young man really making things happen. And your maturity level is far beyond your years. I wish you nothing but, success and health going forward. Also you seem like such a humble guy as well. Don’t let that success change you. Keep grinding let’s see you expand to 100 tractors by next year. I’m a small business owner myself but probably twice your age. And to be honest I love doing what I do. I own a pool business down in Florida prior to that was in Commercial Pest Control sales/service. Keep up the great videos.
You finished your video recognizing that God has blessed you and you thank Him everyday. Please continue to spread The Word so that others can also recognize how God has Blessed them. Stay humble my friend.
You should separate the 2 diesel tanks that way you could fill 2 tractors at the same time and a pump at each end to fill 4 tractors at same time just a thought
Smart keeping everything the same... much easier to stock parts and stuff.. one part fits 40 tractors ..so no big deal on stocking alternators, starters, belts, etc....
If you haven’t already should consider building a lean to/roof over your outside tanks/fuel area keep the weather and UV rays off all your stuff/storage.
As a California citrus farmer I started out buying new Holland. They worked amazingly till i started buying bigger sizes . After the problems i had mainly due to DEF regulations here in CA i started buying John Deere…. I get it they are more expensive but i have have zero problems with my John Deere’s. Yea they are new but they have been solid. I hate John Deere green haha so that’s a honest opinion…
from when I first saw the landscapeing trucks on tiktok I wonder if it will be running overweight technically and as you were walking around I didn't see any commercial vehicle stickers be careful I'm sure the MTO would have a field day
ever think about trying to find work for some those tractors in the off season? not sure if you're leasing which would have hour restrictions that could get in the way. some 3 pt boom mowers and 3 pt flail mowers for some city or highway contracts cutting medians etc.
Nice equipment setup, impressive to say the least. Only change I’d do is go to Toyota fleet. Your Japanese engineered Kubota tractors would go well with the Toyota trucks. Buy your own tire machine and save down time and money.
California citrus farmer here you can fill you lawn mower tires with foam so they don’t go flat. I have a a lot of lemon blocks which have huge thorns. All my sprayer, atv tires are filled with foam. Ask your tire guy.
Ask your tire guy. Honestly the foam is heavy and hard on equipment but it’s better than always having to fix flats every time we go into a lemon orchard. Everyone’s needs are different so don’t blame me! Haha just trying to help out a fellow equipment operator!
How many residential properties can you do with your tractors. From my estimate it’s around 100 with how you have. 3500 contracts and 37 tractors. Thanks
No way u do 100 each tractor there is 600 minutes in ten hrs that's 1 every 6 mins that's impossible especially in a snow storm when u need to do each one twice ...they r in a snow belt of Canada no chance my man maybe maybe 50 if they r all close maybe
All these ppl sucking ur **** in ur comments.. its sad how so many ppl are envious of youamd all your types… now that said im not putn you or ur comp down… congrats on ur success but the sad thing is all the ppl watching ur vids that dont feel they could do the exact same thing either in outdoor svs or another venture… good for you to find a needed com in ur area and do it well but how sad for the ppl with drive but just not enough drive.
OMG You are so well established. I'm really proud of you Good luck with your future and your endeavors I have so much respect for you. So amazing!
Thank you so much!!

I seem to be fixing a lot of lawn tires (flats). what kind of foam do you use and do the machines run harder (less flex)?
Ask your tire guy. Honestly the foam is heavy and hard on equipment but it’s better than always having to fix flats every time we go into a lemon orchard. Everyone’s needs are different so don’t blame me! Haha just trying to help out a fellow equipment operator!
@brynbastrire3795 there is a similar product we use for car tires. Foam is a great tip for this 👌🏻
Amazing Video! 🙌🏼
What happens with your employees during lawncare season? Do most only work the snow season? I noticed less vehicles compared to your tractors
Epic business man. Makes me regret not acting my plan to start a lawn company 3 years ago tho
It's never too late.
I like the maps in Mitch’s office. Can you share where you got those from? I own an ice company and could really use those for our operations.
Man wish my boss was like minded , we be flying.
Where did you get your snow plow markers done brotha? They look sweet!
I think you need move rev per tractor by atleast double. But im a small fry.
How mean years have you been doing this
You have over a million dollars worth of equipment. Do you lease/loan those or pay as you go?
How do you figure out how much to pay each manager?
how often do you have to undercoat?
What do you have for spills kits ?
Who's the owner of the company
Where are you located at up in canada
Where is This

How much are you going to sell the john Deere ?

On Markit place
Looks like someone needs a landscape company to visit the yard. Do a little clean up
3 million in projected revenue this year?
Do.ypu do.landscaping
Military cans = Jerry cans.
You shouldn’t ever have partners. Someone’s gonna get FK & make the company split.
I'll take some John deer off your hands and all some work with the company
"and what not" .....
