In current day society, a raised eyebrow in a perceived direction is perceived by some as intimidation.
Rulings can't be made on biased overblown claims, entirely founded on emotional reaction.
If you were actually speaking about intimidation, then obviously the answer is no. But calling a judge or jury unjust, political biased, or any other flavors of opinion, is not intimidation.

No one has a "right" while a defendant at trial to attack witnesses, the judge and officers of the court or their families. They never have, it's called intimidation. Anyone else would be in pretrial detention by now.
Wrong. It's called the 1st amendment (free speech) and he has a right to confront accusers (6th amendment). Gag orders should be across the board for all participants or none at all.

The right of free speech doesn't allow for intimidation, libel and defamation. Period.
And when this trial comes to nothing the judge and all involved should be charged themselves.

One thing that must be remembered about all rights and Amendments. They are freedoms protected by the Constitution until those freedoms take away someone else's Constitutionally protected rights. He lost the protected part of the first amendment when he used it against someone else. Since he was already warned I do not believe the order to be "unfair", but even if it is unfair it is definitely not unConstitutional.

He's done it in every court proceeding he's had. You don't want to see it. He's been fined out the wazoo already, so, duh, he's doing it, and that's proof.
