Brombeer Lutscher - Blackberry Popsicles

It's been fairly rainy here in the Canadian prairies but we get nice sunny breaks in between! So today, being a sunny day, here's a tasty summer recipe for you! Popsicles are pretty easy to make, the only thing that you really need are popsicle molds. For this recipe, feel free to adjust the sugar to your liking - sugar, vanilla sugar, agave syrup, maybe even maple syrup are good additions if you like your popsicles a little sweeter.
