I adore the design of the characters...LIU KANG looks strong, imposing and powerful and at the same time he looks 100% heroic and a pure warrior but also very wise and very fair...SHANG TSUNG his design is spectacular, he still looks like the great 100% dangerous and evil villain that is Shang Tsung is the king of pure and utter villainy...I loved seeing a rejuvenated human Raiden looks spectacular as a young martial arts master...Seeing the great Kung Lao It reminded me of the great Kung Lao from the animated movie Mortal Kombat: The Journey Begins and the great Kung Lao from the Mortal Kombat: Conquest series... Kitana, as always, looks beautiful... I already want to know the new story...
I would like to see Dairou again in mk but I would like to see him as a Japanese samurai as planned from the beginning... Dairou has a lot of potential, he just needs a good moveset inspired by the samurai from anime and video games. Dairou deserves a good redesign and I insist that Dairou would look perfect as a Japanese samurai in the new mk12

Interesting concepts they could pursue in this game, especially with all the timelines jibber jabber in their most recent games. I did find it odd, though, that so many of the characters shown were from MK2 onward... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I was thinking that the portal opening was going to have those characters cross into the MK1 timeline & versions of their characters. *_Time_* will tell, though.
Apparently they had the Unreal Engine 5 way before the other for making this game with. I though i'm gonna wait few years yet before they mastered the Engine "Unreal Engine 5" with "MetaHuman". Dammm !!!
if you paid attention to the story at all then you knew what to expect in this trailer, to an extent. its pretty much MK12. they are just starting the time line over. again they even said that in the last game. still very excited for this game and going to be getting it day 1

This trailer looks great. The characters look great. I hope they managed to get some of the voice actors back to reprise their roles.

This is a soft reboot guys, so they don't completely reboot the whole game. It's the same as Mortal Kombat 9 and God Of War 2018.
