I think 0:06 to 0:12 is what this video is about. I was expecting step by step instructions, as the title suggests. Living in the UK prevents me from attending your 'clinic' even if the exact location was revealed.

It's a whitewater kayak. There are many makers of these, and they're really only good for running rapids. You will struggle to keep a straight line on calm water with it.
Don't waste your time watching this if you want to learn anything about the Eskimo roll. It's shameless self-marketing.
