to lower the suspension, remove several leaf springs from the front and add air bags. on the rear, re-drill the holes for the suspension mounts and bump stops higher on the frame. you can get 2"-4" of drop pretty easily. i like the car hauler idea. i have wanted to do it to trucks many of times but i never see them sell for enough money to warrant all the time and cost to build it that way. i think that truck shortened and lowered with a late 40's era style of pick up truck bed would sell well....fabricated into a crew cab would be even better.

I appreciate your input! I can always scroll through your videos to find what I’m looking for.
I was actually laying under the truck last night at the front leafs and thought the same thing. Truck is rated for 33,000 gvwr which is waaaaaay overkill for my needs.
Do you have a recommendation on front bags?
I know there are a lot of trucks with bags on the front but am not familiar with how those are setup. I’m more familiar with typical car and truck air ride.
Also……I doubt it, but can 19.5” wheels fit these trucks? I suspect not with the size of the brakes.
