- Steve hosted a surprise marriage proposal at Grand Central Station as part of “Steve Loves NY Week!” James fell in love with his girlfriend Janessa, the moment he met her as a teacher in his son’s classroom. James recruited some of Janessa’s students to help pull off a very public surprise marriage proposal, Steve Harvey-style, in one of the busiest places in all of New York City!
You can so tell Steve was a good dad to his own kids. He's such a natural with little ones. Such an attractive quality
It Does not matter where you are, EVERYBODY is happy to hear that big YES! This hit my romantic buttons.

The man's child wasn't happy. I'm sure he hoped his mom and dad would be together. No smiles at all.
The child could be nervous and well mannered, respectable trained children has that look. Also, they met when he brought his son to Pre-K, that's age 4. Obviously he was raising him on his own. We don't know if the bio mom walked away (many do) or died. So no one knows what that child, age 6 or 7 was thinking. His Dad dated her, so he most likely only know her as a teacher and "mother figure." God blessed. Hope there's an update of Steve's Proposal shows.
