Charleston. 🤫 My first choice is Charleston, the charm, the history, the community, the ability to not rely on bus for transportation all the time and the sea. My beloved sea and the seagulls I miss. I use to live in SE Alaska, and loved the sea water, seagulls, and eagles. I am drying up here in Southern Oregon. 😏
I live in Anderson and commute to Greenville for school and love to see that Greenville was first in the recent increase in population. It is such a beautiful city, especially the downtown area. It also is very affordable and there are many different industries in the area and would not be surprised to see more major companies set up locations in the area. Like he said in the video, both Clemson and Furman are close enough to commute which is also a draw. And not only is it located close to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains there is also Lake Hartwell which is a big attraction during the warmer months.
Heard that about Greenville. Friend live up that area and they have lots of growth up there. Nice place same with the myrtle beach its pretty nice just outside in murrels or Pauleys island. Charleston has a balanced growth. Prices are high for sure. Great info
I am really enjoying and learning from your videos! Are you able to help me move somewhere outside of Charleston? I am relocating from the west coast of the US. Thank you.
Prophecy here, but if the whole state becomes a colony and a state of The Lunda empire, and the language becomes Bemba, what will your teutonic attitudes will be.
Native Charlottean here. Live outside Fort Mill now. Expansion is crazy here.
I used to live in uptown Charlotte and have had many friends move out there.
4/9/23 Viewing; loved it!
I LOVE South Carolina, I found my favorite place and home now. I hope to move there within a year!
Where is South Carolina do you think you’ll move?

@@birdlynn417 of course I’m biased and love Charleston too! Let’s make that move happen!

Great analysis, Bill. Smart that you talked about climate differences and median house price. Very helpful.

Thanks for the local insight!

Don’t tell the natives that there’s balanced growth in Charleston. 😂😂

Yeah I can. And if it’s outside my area I can help set you up with someone just like me. Shoot me an email: bill@livinginchs.com
Hi. Looking at greenville to move there from NY state. Thank you for content.
Greenville is great! You’ll love it
Yea totally not enough people here...enjoy the infrastructure that's crumbling and hasn't been updated since the late 90's.
I was just in Summerville last week I don't see how people live like that. Sardines in over priced cookie cutter houses.
To each his own. I have clients that LOVE living up there.
@@TheBillOlson obviously a lot of people do.
What are your thoughts on Columbia, SC? And any good hospitals or health care in SC?
Columbia is a great city! Not sure about the hospitals. I have a contact there if you need questions answered, email me and I’ll connect you.
Great analyst work, Bill! Thanks!
My pleasure!
that mister beast guy
A comparison to Mr Beast?! I’m flattered!
@@TheBillOlson oh cmon man we all know you're secretly mrbeast 🙄
@@WolvePlex haha I mean, my 5000 subs and 700k views is closing in on him pretty quickly! 😂😂
@@WolvePlex also…the only thing I have in common with Mr Beast is that we both live in the Carolinas. So at least I’ve got that going for me.
@@TheBillOlson I see that! Keep pushing forward and making more great content and you'll be very large soon no doubt :)
the Big Bluff!
I’ve never heard it called that before!
Dude, dude, dude - it's not pronounced Horry County the way it's spelled - the "H" is silent! Or-eee.

My bad. 🤷🏻♂️
