Trey, just found your site and to say the least, I'm impressed. As a former NJ Realtor I believe this is the most comprehensive video of the greater Charleston area that I have ever seen. My wife & I moved to Myrtle Beach from NJ in 2017 but returned two years ago. We were planning to research the Mt. Pleasant area while there but covid really threw us a curve ball. We are now very sorry we did not do so as the boom in the RE market I'm afraid will never allow us to relocate again. Good luck with your business and have a great summer. Pat

Ha It was ringing off the hook that day for whatever reason - I think I took about 15 calls in a 2 hour window, so had the idea of putting it in the video to emulate what that day was actually like.
Awesome video! Two questions, which neighborhood is the most walkable to restaurants/shopping. You mentioned wind, is it often or usually windy there? Thanks!
Hi there - I’on, Old Village, Cooper Estates, SweetGrass, Seaside Farms, and Hidden Lakes just to name a few. Most of what you’ll see with a 29464 address isn’t going to be very far from some sort of restaurant or grocery store. It’s gets windier as you get closer to the water but I’d say it’s more often gusts than it is consistent wind. It happened to be a little windier the day I filmed this than usual though, I will say.

But your compilation vid work is laudable. I especially love you mentioning the bike lanes, inc’g a greater need for more safety re these. On a level island w/ such beautiful weather & sights, cycling is the way to go! 🤗
Stop running from your government hold them accountable. You can't run forever. The areas he's talking about are poor areas that have the same violence and the same trash.
