Was there 3 weeks ago and stayed at Hotel Todo Bien. Perfect weather, no wind, not many people about. Best time of the year! Absolute bliss. Did that drive from El Triunfo a couple of time but it was a little greener.

I hear that the road just outside of San Antonio which leads to San Juan de Los Planes / La Ventana has been badly damaged in the Hurricane Norma aftermath. Maybe one of the existing washout got worse?

I’m slowly butchering Spanish! 🤣 I can hear a word, practice it, then totally mispronounce it. Hard to teach this old dog new tricks!
