- In today's video I'm in Cardiff, Wales taking on a monster breakfast sandwich challenge which has gone over two and a half years unbeaten! 5 slices of bacon, 5 sausages, 5 eggs, beans, hash browns, black pudding and mushrooms, stuffed into a 2ft long tiger bread roll.

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

A bit late to the party, but actually saw Randy AND Katina tackle this one a few months ago and had totally forgotten about it until I happened upon your video while catching up. Love the people there, and if I was ever brave enough to travel, I'd love to go there... not for the challenge, but just to meet them. Awesome that Meg live streams the challenges and is so encouraging to whoever's attempting it. And of course, it was fun listening to Randy giving you a hard time when he did the challenge.
For some reason watching these videos is very relaxing to me - though chaotic, it fills some weird maternal part of my soul - my son won't finish his meals so this gives me that satisfaction lol
Still even now and having god knows how many subscribers from all over he's still so down to earth and chilled , keep it up beard you're an absolute legend
