From my research Ive found install instructions from Mercedes that says use the Plastilube grease (brown) on the rear carriers where the pads contact and on the front you can use the Never Seeze (gray) UNDERNEATH the anti rattle springs, prior to putting them on the carriers. Never grease the pins, I've seen damaged/swollen boots caused by grease.
Instead of Mercedes I bought the ATE rear pads and they are the exact same as Mercedes minus the Mercedes logo, they even come with the self adhesive backing. For the fronts I used Ferodo which come with new anti rattle springs and caliper bolts. Rotors I went with Zimmerman, they are coated with something and they look great, they have a nice silver color and stand out plus they clean easily and I don't see any rusting.

Hi. 2011 W204 C250. Should there be brake pad wear sensors on all four wheels. Or one at the front and one at the back?
    Regards KevinM

Only 2 sensors. One in front right wheel and one in the rear right wheel.

It is not possible to answer your question, you can find this information in the technical documentation for the repair of your car.

So do all 4 wheels need that sensor and do all 4 wheels have that harness you cleaned on the passenger rear?

This sensor comes only on one side.

    Hi
incorrect fitting of the pads the crescent moon must be fitted on the piston side as well as the arrow indicating the direction of rotation of the wheel
