At 14:14 Can I use the same bolts if I don't have a new one and if so do I need to put any kind of grease on the bolts or just put it back and torque it to spec 115 nm?
@@ticktime6569 Thank your very much for your reply. Your video is very helpful and I can tell you that none of the videos in UA-cam about w204 rear brake pads replacement is this detailed. I like that you torqued every nuts/bolts to spec. You got one more subscriber here.
The rear piston on this car do not have to be screwed in with a piston tool in order for trhe piston to be pushed back into the caliper? you can simply use a c clamp?
@@enij7723 I cant get disc off ..do i have to turn the adjuster ? or i can by tapping the disc ? i try turn the adjuster but still cannot get the disc off

Yes you can. It's a precaution to replace them (wis recommends) but it won't be a problem. Use blue threadlocker

Whatever
No brake wear sensor?
Do only certain spec cars have that or what?
I don't remember probably only the c220 version and upper. Or it was on the other side, I don't know now
Hi, do i need to turn the adjuster before moving the disc ? becaus i cant remove the disc ..even i tap down with a mallet. Thanks in advance
You mean handbrake adjuster? Only if too tight but I doubt it is the problem. Do a good tap with a heavy rubber mallet, do an ample movement
@@ticktime6569 Yes handbrake adjuster.I did tap it with heavy mallet but i wont come off😂
@@nonthaburibear2201 you have to insist
@@ticktime6569 Ok Thanks, i will try. So i dont need to loose the handrake adjuster, just tap it off with a mallet
@@nonthaburibear2201 loosen it just to be sure
Can't get disc off. They are running g around the brake shoes. Just won't come off. They are loose
I don't understand sorry
You need to turn the adjuster through the bolt hole to release the parking brake pads. Then you can remove the disc easy.
@@enij7723 I cant get disc off ..do i have to turn the adjuster ? or i can by tapping the disc ? i try turn the adjuster but still cannot get the disc off
If you have turned the adjuster loose, then it is probably rusted and you need to tap carefully with a hammer on the mating surface.
You are the best
Thank you
Disque ATE ?
Thank you. Yes ATE Powerdisc. Good luck
why does the sound keep going off?
What you need is written. No need for audio
You lucky why didn't you loosen off the rear shoes before took the disk off
