Fellow Texan here and former C6 owner who's looking closely at C5 Z06s. How's the car doing? I'm very tempted to pull the trigger on one but also looking at 2009+ CTS-Vs....different cars but the Corvette is a Corvette!
Those are better. What's the ambient temperature where you live during these runs? Because I get much better traction in my 01 Z06 and was able to get low 4s, even 4 flat when trying hard. I have Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires. Even an average 0-60 run in warm weather I get 4.5 seconds and that's with the DA north of 4,000 ft.

What is your altitude? You’re quite consistent although a couple tenths could be made up by quicker shifts.
