I have a feedback mam...aapke vdos mast hai but aap apna khana Sara jutha kardete ho the. Baad mai aapki fmly aapka jutha khana khate hai so don't do this....jitna khana hai utna plate mai Lelo baki saaf rehne Diya Karo....just like in this vdo aapne noodles messy tarike se khaye which is acceptable but atleast wo apne siblings ko toh mat do ...dusra bowl mai lo jitna aapko khana hai....I hope u take it in a positive way....Rest i always appreciate your vdo😇

That is called dalle khursani ko aachar . It is very spicy chilly. But it is really good to eat than other chilly because it doesnot effect your health like stomache and more. And current taste more better when it is non soupy. Just add dehydrated veggies and noodle in hot boiled water. And remove water add chilly oil and seasoning given in it and eat with fried egg and have coke. It feels like heaven ❤❤❤

This current noodles is actually small, of 20 rs Nepali, but the real current noodles is uncooked and of rs 50 Nepali, tastier than Ramen, so try that this is not good.
We call Dallay Khursani very spicy. Flavour and smell is so nice.

there is a way to cook the spicy noodles frist you have to put water and let it boil after it is boiled put the noodles it and put the dehydrated vegetables in and wait
later throw the water away and put the noodles in the plate and put the sauce and salt and the last and mix and eat
